How a pickup works.
Four steps and none of them involve a rental counter, a shuttle lot or a second car waiting in line.
Book with your flight number
Send the date, flight, how many people and bags, and the address on the Outer Banks. We confirm a flat rate by text within the hour during the day.
We track the flight
The driver leaves for Norfolk based on the real arrival time. Early, late or diverted, you are still met, and the rate does not move.
Meet at baggage claim
Your driver is standing at the carousel with a sign, not circling the curb. Bags go on the cart, then into the vehicle, and you go to the beach.
Door to door
Straight to the rental house, hotel or marina. One stop for groceries on the way if you ask. The return pickup is set before you even arrive.
Flat rate by town. Quoted when you book.
No meter and no surge. Every town on the Outer Banks has one rate, agreed before you fly, and it holds whether the flight is on time or two hours behind.
Times are from the ORF terminal in normal traffic. Summer Saturdays and the Wright Memorial Bridge can add time; the rate does not change.

My flight is delayed. Do I pay extra?
No. We track your flight number, so the driver leaves for the airport based on the real arrival time, not the scheduled one. Delays, gate holds and slow baggage cost nothing extra.
Do you have car seats?
Yes. Tell us the ages of the kids when you book and we install the right seats before pickup. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available at no charge.
How far ahead should I book?
A week ahead is comfortable, and summer Saturdays fill first. Same-day rides are often possible, so call or text and we will tell you straight away.
Can you take us to the Ocracoke ferry?
Yes. We drop at the Hatteras ferry docks timed to a sailing you choose. Ocracoke itself is reached by ferry, so tell us your sailing time and we plan the pickup around it.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs ride in a crate or on a seat cover you or we provide. Mention the dog when you book so we send the right vehicle.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or Venmo at the end of the ride. The flat rate is agreed when you book and does not change with traffic or delays.
